Open channels can be subscribed to by any user by simply tapping on the invite/join link and needs NO approval by the channel owner. On the other hand, RESTRICTED channels needs the channel owner to approve a request for channel subscription.
How many channels can I subscribe to at a point in time ?
There is NO LIMIT on the number of channels a user can be subscribed to at a point in time
How many channels can I create as a user ?
There is NO LIMIT on the number of channels you can create on raydeo
How many messages can I receive on my phone ?
There is NO LIMIT on the number of messages you can receive across all channels and this is purely based on the local storage you have on your device
What are channel APIs ?
If you want to plug the source of broadcasts to a cloud application, an IoT sensor or such, go ahead and use the API of the particular channel
Are API Keys specific to a channel ?
Yes, API Key is specific to a channel
What if my channel API Key has been compromised ?
Regenerate the API Key for that particular channel to void the previous Key and use the new Key
What happens if I delete my account ?
All of your previous subscription information to the various channels subscribed to earlier as well as all traces linked to the specific mobile number is purged on our servers. You are however allowed to reverify your number with a fresh install and subscribe back to any of the channels
